Welcome to the guide for Lost item Process Flow
Please note that any item lost will be kept for 7 days at each institution (or immediately), then the unclaimed list item will be heading to
the Lost and Found Center of KNPA.
Lost112 will make great effort find your lost item as fast as possible.
Lost Car Registration and plate
Car registration, license plate management
- Car registration management
- Car registration(inspection certificates) should be furnished in the car all times (₩ 50,000 fine imposed for violations)
- License plate management
- If any car plate may be hide or obscure to identify it, 50,000 won (fine not exceeding up to 1,000,000 won) will be charged.
Reissuing Car registration, license plate
- Reissuing Lost car registration, the expiration time and the base damage
- Apply for re-issue of the car registration to the jurisdiction authorities ☞reissue immediately
- Bring it while applying for it
Certificate of residences or driver's licenses
- Apply for reissue registration to the jurisdiction authorities
- when license places are lost or damaged
- Bring it while applying for it
Lost registration receipt of lost license plate (by the Captain of police station), a certificate of residence or a driver's license and a car registration
- Reissue a license plate when the seal is lost or damaged

Lost or Stolen License Plate (competent police chief), identity card or driver's license, car registration
- Corporate seal may be required to add to that in case of corporate
- If a license plate of it's seal are damaged, Restore is required for them.
